"고학년 학생 학점 세탁 주요 원인" suggests why GPA is so high even with relative grading.  
교육 '관대' 공학 '야박' is a positive fraction here.  Engineering transcript may still be a useful info.  I wonder about the Science GPA.
Schools on top of the list make their own transcript not useful reference.
